Private Competitions on CodeHawks are fundamentally the same as regular, public competitions.
The key differences lie in the visibility of vulnerabilities submitted to the competition and how appeals play out.
Submission Visibility
In the cases of Private Competitions, visibility into findings will be limited to your own submissions. You will not be able to view, comment on or appeal the submissions of other Hawks.
In addition to this, preliminary and final reports may or may not be made available, pending the discretion of the competition sponsors.
Appeals
Due to the above outlined visibility of submissions, appeals will necessarily be limited to those of your own submissions.
