To show your Ashby job postings data inside Cyfrin Jobs, you’ll need to connect to Ashby via API key.
1. Open Ashby Integrations
On Cyfrin, click your user menu (top right).
Select Settings > Organizations.
Scroll to the bottom and locate the Integrations.
Click Connect on the Ashby integration.
2. Generate an Ashby API Key
⚠️ You must be an Organization Admin in Ashby to create API keys. If you don’t see the Admin tab in the top navigation, ask an admin in your org to create the key for you.
Log in to Ashby and click the Admin tab.
From the sidebar, go to Integrations > API Keys.
Click + New to create a key.
Give the key a clear name (e.g., “Cyfrin Jobs Integration”).
(Optional) Select Integration Partner: "Cyfrin Jobs"
Configure the permissions (scopes) for the key, such as:
Read or write access to candidates, jobs, interviews, offers, etc.
Access to confidential jobs or private fields (if needed).
Click Create API Key.
3. Copy and Store Your Key
The API key will be displayed only once; please copy it immediately.
Store it securely (e.g., in a password manager).
4. Add Your Key to Cyfrin
Go back to your Cyfrin Profile > Ashby Connect pop-up.
Paste your API key into the field.
Click Next to confirm.
What’s Next
After connecting your API key, you’ll be prompted to import your Ashby jobs into Cyfrin Jobs.
