Please note that all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, refunds or cancellations are not permitted. Ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before proceeding with payment.
Voucher Validity
Each exam voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire, and you will need to purchase a new one to schedule your exam.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change. Below are the policies for rescheduling and cancellations:
Rescheduling Your Exam:
You can reschedule your exam up to 7 days before your scheduled date.
To reschedule, visit the certification page, click on your scheduled certification, and select the Reschedule button.
A Rescheduling Voucher can be purchased to allow rescheduling up to 14 days in advance, providing additional flexibility.
Cancellations:
Certification exams cannot be canceled once scheduled. If you cannot attend, you must purchase a new voucher to book another exam date.
